FAQs

Depending on what level of construction our clients are undertaking we always make sure that we have the right personnel assigned to your project. This includes specialists as; engineers, architects and certifiers.

We always ensure we are following the correct parameters for the works we are carrying out.

We are always open to creating better building practices that help our own health and safety and don’t impact our environment.

We fall within the legal boundaries of the construction industry HIA warranties insurance in which we use.
– 6 years Structural
– 2 years None Structural

In the case of a unhappy client (in which are yet to encounter) we will work in with them for best possible outcome to rectify the situation. This is why we address any issue as we go so we do not encounter these issues at the end of our works.

There will always be a project manager assigned to your project. Depending on the level of works, any of our employees will always be contactable in regards to any issues that you may have.

We are always friendly within our approach as we don’t believe that addressing the situation in an angry or annoyed manner as this never gets anyone anywhere and we try work within the parameters to keep everybody happy.

For any jobs in which over $20,000 both parties require a physical contractual process.
This contract will be filled out by the heads of our team in person with the client.

This contract completely outlines a payment schedule for any works which need to be done and timelines/benchmarks with in the job for payments.

If there any changes in regards to any aspects of the works this will be brought to the owners attention and normally an on-site meeting in regards to any issues which have risen.

We tend to try and make the construction period as less impactful as possible on the owner and try to only be in contact with the clients on the necessary pivotal moments of the job – We always have a steady level of communication throughout the whole construction process.
We are very old school in our approach with how we work in with our clients and try have that little bit of a friendly touch.

If there are unexpected issues arise during the construction process they are always brought to the owner or clients attention straight off the bat.
We pride ourselves on always thinking forward to avoid this situation occurring.

Despite our best efforts to minimise any possible issues it can sometimes be unavoidable, and that situation we have the ingenuity and experience in creating the relevant solutions that are the best for all parties.

Depending on what level of works are being carried out, in most cases for simple renovations including bathrooms, painting, flooring and repair works no permits are required.
If any of the works that need to be carried out weakening gauge what specialist trades are needed including engineers, certifiers, architects and will always help our clients along the way to simplify this process

We try to be as low impactful as possible not to interrupt the clients life with the industry standard practices to reduce noise and dust. We are very thoughtful of the neighbours during the process too.
The comment we always get is that we are very clean and run a very tidy ship.
